Herb Chart

A general guideline of the herbs we offer:
  • Lavender: may aid with insomnia, nervousness, restlessness, anxiety, depression and stress. May promote calmness and wellness. The scent of lavender is floral and sweet with balsamic.
  • Peppermint: may aid with tension headaches, congestion, muscle cramps, irritability and anxiety. The scent of peppermint is cool and minty fresh.
  • Chamomile: may aid with anxiety, depression, nightmares, insomnia, stiff joints, congestion. The scent of chamomile is mild but sweet almost like apple.
