A general guideline of the herbs we offer:

- Peppermint: may aid with tension headaches, congestion, muscle cramps, irritability and anxiety. The scent of peppermint is cool and minty fresh.
- Chamomile: may aid with anxiety, depression, nightmares, insomnia, stiff joints, congestion. The scent of chamomile is mild but sweet almost like apple.
Whiffys are spot clean only. Do not immerse in water or put in the washing machine.
